Muavineen e hajj Past Papers – 2025
Exciting news for those of you in BPS 07 to BPS 18 – the Ministry of Religious Affairs and Interfaith Harmony has just announced an awesome opportunity for Hajj 2025! They’re looking for Moavineen-e-Hujjaj and Nazims to help out with various aspects of the pilgrimage in Saudi Arabia.
Announcement by Ministry:
The Ministry is recruiting for a total of 880 positions, split into two main categories:
Supervisory Positions (Moavineen-e-Hujjaj/Nazims)
80 seats up for grabs
BPS 17-18
Open to both men and women, fresh candidates and repeaters
Field Supporting Staff (Moavineen-e-Hujjaj/Nazims)
A whopping 800 seats available
BPS 7-16
Again, open to both genders and all experience levels
Who Can Apply?
Here’s the lowdown on eligibility:
You’ve gotta be a regular government employee in BPS-07 to BPS-18
Age limits:
Fresh candidates: 25-50 years (born between May 1, 1975, and April 30, 2000)
Repeaters: 25-55 years (born between May 1, 1970, and April 30, 2000)
If you’re a repeater, you should’ve done no more than two Hajj duties in KSA as a Pakistan-based Moavin/Nazim
Supporting staff need at least a Matric/SSC qualification
Sorry, but if you’re not in tip-top shape or have any chronic illnesses, you’re not eligible
This one’s for Muslim candidates only
How to Apply
Head over to the NTS portal and sign up for an account
Fill out the online application form for the Moavineen-e-Hujjaj/Nazims test
Submit all the required docs (there’s quite a list, so double-check!)
Print out your completed form and send it, along with attested documents, to:
NTS Headquarters (M/O RA&IH Moavin/Nazim Project 2025)
Plot #96, Street #04, Sector H-8/1, Islamabad
You’ve got until January 9, 2025, to get your application in, so don’t drag your feet!
What’s the Selection Process Like?
Written test (conducted by NTS)
Physical endurance test (5km jog/brisk walk – better start training!)
Document verification
Oh, and heads up – they’re using a quota system for selection. The breakdown is something like this:
Merit: 7.50%
Punjab: 49%
Sindh (Urban): 7.60%
Sindh (Rural): 11.40%
Khyber Pakhtunkhwa: 11.50%
Baluchistan: 6%
Ex-FATA: 3%
AJK: 2%
Gilgit-Baltistan: 1%
ICT: 1%
